Slovak Woven Wire Decorative Eggs...Art for the Collector
The woven wired eggs are handcrafted with pride by Slovak artisans in the Slovam Art Studio. The wire wrap technique originated in Slovakia, the land where the Danube River and Carpathian Mountains meet.

The egg shells are decorated by an artistic technique that derives from the centuries old craft of tinkers. Each egg is a unique piece of art, suitable for the collector. There are a variety of base colors, woven or crocheted techniques, and they can come with or without beads. Each egg is packed in a white 2x2x2 gift box, double boxed in a shipping box and secured with bubble wrap.
