Q. How are vendors accepted for your site?
A. Most of our vendors we contact at art and craft fairs. If you have received a card from one of us at a craft show you don't have to do the quality processing, we already know the quality standard you build to. We also take vendors who pass our quality process. We don't duplicate vendor items or take manufactured items. It is the quality and craftsman ship that counts. Send or e-mail us samples photos. We will get back to you within 24 hours.
Our craft people are artists, you will rarely make more than 100 of any one item. You will not need to keep an inventory for us. Other than a sample of your product, which we will need to chek for quality and shipping constraints, you will not need to send us product. You have the right to stop offering any item for sale as well as the right to change the items you offer.
Q.What kinds of items will you take for your site?
A. We specialize in quality, hand crafted items. None of our items are machine made and most of them are unique, limited editions or personalizable.

Q.I have my own web site. Will that be a problem?
A. Its no problem, in fact having more exposure will increase your sales. We don't like to charge the customer more for the product on our site than you charge them on yours. However we do insist on doing a product comparison and a cost analysis on your products. We have discovered that a LOT of crafters and artists price themselves out of business, this service will insure that what you charge us is enough for you to stay in business and be competitively priced with your competition.
Q.What do you charge? will I have to supply items for consignment?
A. Our site is free to vendors. We are here to promote the home crafter/artist. We don't usually take consignment items. We don't keep much of an inventory and don't require you to either. Our customers are willing to wait for their orders because they are all hand crafted, or personalized. Our vendors pick the items they wish to display on our site and choose the price they wish to charge us. We have the right to refuse to display any item (we will tell you why). We will mark up the cost of the item.
Q.How do you get the pictures of my items for your site?
If you are in the Seattle area we will go to your place of business and photograph the items, but we can take the photos and product details off your site, by e-mail or you can send a color photo of each item and product details you want on the site. We prefer photo's on CD's as an excellent back up. We will format the images for our website.
We have a standard form which I will e-mail you for the product details such as the cost to us, a brief discription, what the product is made of any options such as size, color ect. its size and weight, if the shipping size wieght or packaging differs greatly from the item we will need to know.
Q.Will I have to make my item look just like the picture?
A.The items you make may vary slightly from the picture used for website, it is the quality and craftman ship that counts. Great changes need to be cleared with the customer, but we will update your items when you want them revised.
Q.How will someone find my products on your site?
A. The Directory has a listing of all our products with links to your items. Your items are also linked through category buttons on the main page and through menu button on the side bar of each product page. We also have a site search feature
