Orders are placed on a secure and encrypted server. No credit card information is stored on our server, credit card information is deleted from our computer systems as soon as an order is processed and ALL information is strictly private and is not shared with anyone. We are the sole owners of the information collected on this site. We only have access to/collect information that you voluntarily give us via email or other direct contact from you. We will not sell or rent this information to anyone.
We will use your information to respond to you, regarding the reason you contacted us. We will not share your information with any third party outside of our organization, other than as necessary to fulfill your request, e.g. to ship an order.
Your privacy and your security are our primary concern. For security reasons and FOR YOUR PROTECTION your computer's address will be logged with your order. Your computer's address on the Internet is "%io_env_REMOTE_ADDR%." Fraud enforcement officials can use this information to track and prosecute credit card fraud offenders. This information will be used for this reason ONLY.

While we use encryption to protect sensitive information transmitted online, we also protect your information offline. Only employees who need the information to perform a specific job (for example, billing or customer service) are granted access to personally identifiable information. It takes about two weeks to create an item. Special orders may take a little longer. You will recieve an e-mail or phone call to confirm ship date.
We ship insured, Priority Mail unless you specify another shipping option.

We guarantee your satisfaction - you may return your purchase within 30 days for a full refund. If you are not satisfied with our products, return them to us pre-paid for a full refund. Origional outbound shipping charges are excluded from this guarantee. Product damage incurred during shipping is the responsibility of the carrier.

Prices are in addition to packing, shipping, and insurance, unless stated otherwise. European and Asian addresses will be somewhat more than the USA price, we will contact you via e-mail or phone with total price verification including shipping, handling and insurance. We do not charge sales taxes except for shipments to Washington addresses. Any local taxes are the responsibility of the purchaser. We guarantee your complete satisfaction with your purchase.
